For This Man Named Jesus

For this man Jesus who gave his life for me
I would gladly take His place upon that tree.
I would wash His feet with my tears that I've cried
From feeling unworthy that for me He had to die.

For this man named Jesus has a heart full of love
And he's preparing me a home in heaven above.
Someday I'll go there and live forever with Him
Then that's when my life will really begin.

Yes for this man Jesus who gave so much for me
I would crawl through a desert or swim across the sea.
I owe my whole life to this great man
And someday beside Him I hope I can stand.
