In the mean time Margo was down the hall, in the exam room waiting for the test to come back, she had fallen asleep. Daniel heard her calling out, he sat down on the side of the bed and said, are you alright sweetie ? She stirred in the bed, then opened her eyes, and said, grandma was here, she told me she loved me, and not to get stressed out. She said I needed all my strength to take care of these babies. Then she said, I will always be here for you sweetie. She's gone Daniel, I just know she is, I can feel it. He said, Margo you were just dreaming. No, she was here, Daniel, but why did she say babies? About that time the doctor came in and said, because you are having twins Margo. Joanne and Bob walked into the room, as the doctor was telling her she was having twins. Joanne said that is wonderful news honey. Bob said, twins wow that's amazing, he shook Daniels hand and said ,congratulations you two.

But all Margo could think of was grandma, she looked at Joanne and said,
grandma is gone, isn't she mom? Joanne looked surprised, and she said, yes honey, I'm sorry, she is. But how did you know that? She was here mom she told me she loved me, and she would always be with me. Then she said not to get to stressed out, because I needed all my strength to take care of the babies. How could she have known I was having twins? Well, I don't know ,but she was right about needing all your strength. One baby is a handful ,but two at a time, it will be a bit harder. How is the pain said the doctor ?It's gone said Margo, what was causing it ? Well, said the doctor, I  believe it was just stress, All the blood work looks good ,no infection, and the ultra sound shows two healthy looking babies, One boy, one girl. Oh my goodness, said Daniel ,he reached over and kissed Margo and said, good job mommy. When can I go home then, said Margo. Well, now if you feel like it, said the doctor. Good said Joanne.

Then she said ,Margo ,I had them keep mom in her room, so the family can say goodbye. Thanks mom ,I will get dressed ,and Daniel and I will meet you there. Will you go out and let Misty, and the rest of them, know what's going on? Bob spoke up and said, sure we will honey ,don't you worry, and we will see you in a few minutes, then they left. As Margo dressed Daniel admired his wife's swollen body, he said ,I can't
believe we are having twins, wow, this day has really been unusual. Margo had finished dressing, and she walked over and put her arms around his waist. She said I love you Daniel, and I am so lucky to have you. He wrapped her in his arms and said ,no babe, I am the lucky one. Then he kissed her gently and said, I am so sorry about your grandmother, I almost feel guilty being so excited about the twins. Me too said Margo, but I know grandma wouldn't want me to be sad. Then she said, I guess we had better go, everyone is probably waiting. Daniel said ,are you sure you are up to it. Not really, said Margo, but it's something I have to do. She took his hand, and they walked down the hall to grandma's room.
