Just then Bill walked in with the cheeseburgers and said, “Wow! You two sure look excited, what’s up?”  Susie said, “I’ll tell you later, lets eat these cheeseburgers, Sarah and I are starving.”  They all laughed as Susie thought to herself,  ‘this is going to work, I know it is.’  She looked up and said, “Thank you Lord.”  That afternoon Susie talked to Dr. Matthews, he said he thought the party would be a great idea.  He said, “You plan the party and leave the Build A Bear to me,  I have an idea.”  Then he smiled and Susie said, “Okay, that sounds great.”  She called all the girls mothers and set it up for four o’clock the next afternoon.

Now she just needed to go shopping.  She wanted to get Susie a dress and all the fixings for the tea party.  Bill got to the hospital around 5 o'clock.  Susie was so excited.  She told him that the party was on.  She said, "I just need to run to Wal-Mart and get the things for the party."  Bill said, "Go ahead honey, Sarah and I will be fine, take your time."  "Thanks, Bill" Susie said, "I know tomorrow will be a great day."  She kissed him and Sarah, then hurried off to Wal-Mart.

On the ride to Wal-Mart Susie tried to stay focused on the party.  "This will work, I know it will,"  She said.  "It will make Sarah so happy, Please Lord, let her hold on for a while longer."  Finally she got to Wal-Mart and started looking around for Sarah a new dress.  She found the most beautiful dress, it was white with ruffles and bows and sequins and a beautiful white satin bow around the waist.  She said, "Sarah will look just like a little angel with this on.  I can hardly wait to see her in it."  Then she went to the shoe department and found Sarah a nice pair of black patent leather shoes, and some white lacy socks to go with them, then on to the hair department where she found a beautiful white satin head band with tiny white flowers all over it, 'This is going to be great together' she thought to herself.

Now to get some party decorations.  Then get back and get some sleep so we can get this all set up tomorrow for Sarah.  She got the decorations and started towards the checkout when suddenly she stopped at an end-cap in the toy department.  There stood the most beautiful dolls she had ever seen.  One was dressed in a beautiful white satin gown, she was an angel doll with beautiful white wings that glittered, and the most beautiful blonde curly hair and the sweetest face with the biggest smile Susie had ever seen.  The name on the box said, Sarah, Angel Of Faith And Love.  "This must be a sign from God."  Susie said as she picked up the doll and put it in her buggy.  She said, "Sarah will love you, I'm sure."  Then she headed for the checkout again.
