In the kitchen grandma fixed some hot cocoa, and took out some chocolate chip cookies from the cookie jar. And put them on a plate. Then she sat down next to Margo and said, ok tell grandma what’s going on.   Well said Margo, you have been right about Daniel all along. The moment I looked into those baby blue eyes of his, I knew I was crazy about him. All I could do was think about him all night long last night. And I drove myself crazy wondering if he had a girlfriend and if so was he just wanting friendship.
 
But tonight, after the movie we talked at the soda shop for  a long time. He doesn't have a girlfriend. And he invited me to go for a long walk tomorrow, down the nature trails, and then we may go for a  swim at the creek. I told him I would bring a picnic basket, so maybe you can help me fix that if you can. I would love to sweetie. thanks grandma, Oh the best part is he asked if he could hold my hand on the way home. I thought that was so sweet of him. Then when we got to the door, he said he would see me tomorrow. so I turned to go inside, and he called my name. when I turned around he kissed me, and said he had wanted to do  that from the first moment he met me. as I watched him walk away, my heart pounded with excitement. And I knew he was the one .just like you and mom said it would happen. Grandma reached over and took her hand and smiled. And she said, yes indeed my sweet Margo, I think love is in the air.
