Soon there was a knock at the door; Margo said I’ll get it grandma. She opened the door and there stood Daniel. Margo once again was lost for words, as she stared into those baby blue eyes of his. Oh, I am so  sorry she said, trying to gain her composure. Come on in Daniel, let me grab my purse and I’ll be ready to go. no problem said Daniel we still have about forty five minutes before the movie starts. so Margo went upstairs to get her purse and grab a sweater about that time grandma walked into the foyer, she said ,well good afternoon Daniel,  oh hello Mrs. king how are you today ?I am just fine son thanks for asking. Oh by the way, said Daniel, I talked to mom last night and she said we may come up here for Christmas. And if so she will come by and see you. Well that would be wonderful, you tell her I am looking forward to seeing her. I sure will, said Daniel. About that time Margo came down the stairs, grandma noticed the look on Daniel face as he watched Margo, and she  just smiled as if she knew a secret no one else knew.

Well, I'm all ready to go, said Margo. Well you two have a great evening. Oh by the way, Daniel can you come for dinner tomorrow said Grandma? I would love to thanks Mrs. King. Ok then I’ll see you two latter. And she stood there on the porch and watched the two of them as they walked towards town .just as soon as she started to turn around he felt Sam’s arms around her. He said what you are doing standing out here all alone. Oh I was just watching Margo and Daniel; they just left to go to the  movies. It’s so nice to have young folks around here again, isn’t it? Sam kissed her on the cheek and said, I thought we were young folks. She just laughed and said, that’s why I love you Sam king, you always know just what to say. He held her close to him and said, I love you too Mary. Then they stood there on the porch and watched the sunset. As the smell of magnolia blossoms filled the air.
