Marilyn and Ted's  house was put on the market for sell. they thought it would take awhile to sell the way the economy  is. But Marilyn and Ted had put away a good sum of money. so they were not in a bind .the company in charge of selling the house, said they already had two bids but they were both a little lower then the asking price. a few weeks latter they got a call that they had a third offer. and it was a thousand dollars cheaper then the asking price so Ted said to sell it. a few weeks later the money was in the bank .

one week end Joanne and bob came up ,and Ted and Marilyn came over for dinner. after dinner they all went into the den and had coffee. Bob said we have something for you guys we know you are trying so hard to get this place ready to open to the public .so here is a check to help ,Daniel said sir we can't let you do this. it's already done son just take it it is our wedding present for you. Ted laughed and said don't argue with the man son besides we both had the same idea and he handed him an envelope too. they both had given them 5,000 dollar checks. wow said Margo I hardly know what to say. are you guys sure. we will pay you back when this place starts turning a profit. no you won't they both said at the same time Ted said, its an investment in your future. and our grand children's futures then he laughed. ok then said Daniel ,if it's for the kids I'll agree to it .then he laughed, but it may be awhile you know, it's only been six months. well, said Margo about that, I uh may be pregnant, that's why I invited you guys over. I kind of wanted to tell Daniel first, but I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to. the whole room was quite, Daniel's mouth was open, but he was speechless. she walked over to him and put her arm on his shoulder, and said, Daniel, are you ok? He looked at her and finally said ,ok! honey, I am great. is it true am I going to be a dad? well I am pretty sure. but I have a Dr. appointment in Atlanta on Tuesday. he laid his hand on her stomach, and said. but ,I thought you were on birth. well I have been using something. but when you went down to close up the house, I missed you so much, and I forgot  to use my birth control. I know we were planning to wait awhile. he grabbed her around the waist, and held her close, and said, honey, it's ok ,it's wonderful news. everyone started hugging her .they were all excited over the news. well, said Ted, looks like you will need a raise son. I will talk to Paul ,but I am sure he will ok it. grandma  hugged her and said, a great grandbaby wow ,what great 
news sweetie, I can hardly wait. Joanne and Marilyn both spoke at the same time and said me too ,then they hugged her and Daniel .well, said Joanne, we had better let you two get some rest. besides, it was a long drive here and I am a little tired, so good night everyone we'll see you in the morning. ok good night mom, Margo said I'm a little tired too how about we call it a night ,soon magnolia lane was quite. Grandma Mary laid in her bed and looked out at the  window and said .what great news Sam. our little Margo is going to have a baby. once again there will be the patter of little feet, running through magnolia lane. then she smiled and said, I love you old man, see you soon ,and she drifted off to sleep.
